Password change¶
You can change the password of your ReCaS account (that is, the credentials used to authenticate to our services) through the dedicated online form.
Voluntary password change¶
A voluntary password change can be performed completely independently, provided that you still know your current password. In this case, the procedure simply allows you to replace the existing password with a new one.
Forced password reset¶
If the current password has been forgotten, you can request a forced reset. In this situation, the request is not carried out immediately, but must first be approved by one of the datacenter technical coordinators.
Approval may take up to a few working days.
Once the procedure has been completed, you will receive an email notification confirming that the password has been updated.
